Each day from September 23-27, two sessions will be posted, and the previous videos will be taken down after 24 hours. Then all 9 sessions will be available September 28-30 for a replay.
Each session is about 25 minutes in length, for a total daily running time of approximately 50 minutes.
Return and watch each of the daily videos any time during the 24 hour period starting at 7AM EST.
